REAL ESTATE INSPECTION

We have a long standing history with real estate agents in Middle Tennessee. A Wood Destroying Organism (WDO) inspection is necessary for realtors to present to the escrow company notating any active termite infestation or damage to wood structures. Our employees are licensed by the Tennessee Department of Agriculture providing over 30 years of experience. Our inspectors are equipped with mobile devices making it easy to communicate with them while in the field.

1. We will be able to schedule appointments convenient with your schedule. Provide the inspection deadline and we will make certain that our inspector arrives in a timely manner. If no one is available to meet our inspector we can make arrangements to get a key, use a lock box code or SentriCard access. 

2. We perform a thorough inspection of your home. TVE inspects all aspects of your home including crawl space, basement, attics, and any attached structures such as garage or storage rooms to identify any signs of termite infestation or conduciveness for termite infestation. 

3. We provide white glove service. Our inspectors will treat your home with care. During the inspection process we’re careful to not disturb anything and to return anything moved back to its respective place. Our inspectors wear coveralls and shoe covers to be sure to not transfer any dirt into your home. 

4. We analyze and propose treatment.Once our employee completes the inspection he will analyze the findings and propose treatment if necessary. We will make sure treatment is provided in a quick manner to meet any deadlines the escrow company has set. 

 5. We quickly remit a clear and detailed closing report. It is our desire to provide you with certification of completed inspection and work as quickly as possible. Once the inspection and/or work is completed our office staff will swiftly complete the necessary form (NPMA-33) for closing. Our inspectors will be happy to communicate to all parties involved what we found and the necessary recommendations if needed. 

 6. We keep inspection costs minimal. We work with realtors to provide letters at a cost affordable to the buyer. We know that this can be a stressful time for your client and we want to make this an easy and convenient experience.
